In this exciting new production, Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. Gang have been called upon to help solve an epic mystery. A trouble-making ghost is haunting a local theatre and Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Scooby-Doo are on their way in the Mystery Machine to crack the case! With crazy ghosts, perplexing puzzles, and an abundance of Scooby Snacks, it’s Scooby-Doo and friends at their best, travelling across the country, solving mysteries wherever they go.

How does one research/prepare to play the role of a crime solving dog?
I prepared for the part of Scooby by watching many Scooby-Doo episodes to get a feel of his characteristics. I also studied the movement of Great Danes and paid attention to how real-life dogs react to their surroundings. I also knew this was going to be a huge physical feat, so I started the Tae Bo and the treadmill right away!
Have you ever performed previously in a full costume like this?
I've never performed in a full body suit like this before. The closest thing I've done would have to be playing Skimbleshanks the Railway Cat in CATS. That costume had a full fuzzy unitard with some fur around the edges and a wig that resembled a cat's head. But my face was exposed and painted with feline qualities so I had a little more leisure there than I do with Scooby. I guess I'm prone to playing oversized animals.
What is your favorite Scooby Doo episode?
My favorite Scooby-Doo episode is from the original series and it's called "Jeepers, It's the Creeper." The gang is at a high school barn dance that's interrupted by a Frankenstein-ish creature called "The Creeper."
Who is your favorite Scooby Doo bad guy?
My favorite Scooby bad guy is from this PS2 game I loved to play when I was a kid called "Scooby-Doo: Night of 100 Frights". The gang has been captured by a villain called "The Mastermind" and it's up to Scooby to rescue his friends from the villain and his band of lackeys. I thought The Mastermind was a pretty epic bad guy.
